The flame-retardant conveyor belt is also called the whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belt. It is made of the whole belt core which is impregnated and plasticized or vulcanized by polyvinyl chloride impregnated paste. It has the characteristics of high strength, large transportation volume and balanced transportation. Possess good flame retardant, antistatic, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties.

1. Concept

This product is mainly suitable for underground transportation in coal mines, and also for material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries. The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type.
The upper and lower covering layers of the PVC type are all PVC cover rubber, and the single-sided adhesive is ≥0.8mm; the upper and lower covering layers of the PVG type are both nitrile rubber and PVC, and the single-sided thickness is 1.5mm-4.5mm. The transportation inclination angle of PVC conveyor belt is less than 16°, and the transportation inclination angle of PVG conveyor belt is less than 20°, which can be used for transportation in coal mines and underground.

2. Joint performance

According to the belt body strength and belt core structure, the mechanical buckle connection is adopted, and the strength of the joint can reach 60-80% of the belt body's rated tensile strength. Adopting glue bonding head, the joint strength can reach 90% of the rated tensile strength of the belt body. Various types of joints can meet the different needs of customers and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the conveying system.
